Jade joined Pet Paradise in 2018 at our Ormond Beach, FL resort. She started as a resort associate and then learned her way around through all our positions! Jade’s love, passion, and eager to grow with the company, lead her to move up to the supervisor position, then Assistant Manager at our first Tennessee location! She enjoys getting to engage with pets and pet parents and is now excited to reach her goal of becoming Resort Manager here in Cary! Jade currently has three dogs of her own: Bandit (Catahoula/Aussie mix), Skye (Siberian husky), and S’mores (Aussie/Lab mix)! In her free time, Jade enjoys spending time exploring nature trails with her husband and the dogs! She is excited to work in a positive environment and treats all the Paradise babies like they’re family!

Hey! I’m Mo! I was born and raised in Mt. Vernon, New York but have called North Carolina home for over 13 years. I started as a playtimer at the Lake Norman resort in March 2018. I moved up to back of house supervisor and then Assistant Manager. I fell in love with animals as a child and have always wanted to work in the pet care industry. I am a proud dog mom to a hound/husky mix named Creed. I like long walks on the beach, Caribbean cruises and Star Wars. My favorite things about working at Pet Paradise are getting to work with passionate and dedicated people and seeing the smiling faces and wagging tails of our furry guests. 

Sydney is a seasoned groomer, with nearly 5 years of experience in salons in the Johnston/Wake County communities. Having worked in the pet industry for 3 years prior to grooming, she is extremely dedicated and passionate in providing a knowledgeable, safe, and loving service to every furry friend she works with.
