Sarah always knew she wanted a career with animals since she was a little girl. She has been in the industry for 17 years. Sarah joined the Pet Paradise team in 2013 and it has simply been one of the best decisions she has ever made. Sarah loves the staff, atmosphere and all of their furry guests. When she's not busy at work her daughter Cynthia keeps her busy at home. Sarah hopes to have many years with Pet Paradise.

Cassie Thomson started her journey at Pet Paradise in 2016. She has been in the customer service industry for about 9 years, but it wasn't until she started working with Pet Paradise that she found her real passion for animals. Her favorite thing about the job is forming a personal bond with each of the dogs and the clients. When she's not at work, she enjoys adventuring and relaxing with her friends and her dog, Harley.

Eddy was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Jacksonville at 5-years-old, where he has lived ever since.

He started at Pet Paradise in June 2017 as a Resort Associate, then advanced to Supervisor, Assistant Manager and now Resort Manager. Pet Paradise has made him realize his passion for animals and other countless valuable skills and lessons. He believes paradise is a feeling, not just a place. When parents drop off their pets, he takes it upon himself to bring that same feeling to every pet - no matter the size or breed.

He is currently in school pursuing a Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in International Business and a minor in Digital Marketing and Analytics. He also has his own dog, Olivia, who was rescued when she was just 4-months-old from the shelter while she was recovering from surgery for a broken fibula. Since being adopted, she has fully recovered and loves being able to come with her dad to work every day and swim in the bone-shaped pool.

Kayleigh joined the Pet Paradise family in 2014, working as a resort associate before working her way up to Assistant Manager. Kayleigh has over 10+ years in customer service and has a passion for animals which led her to where she is today! She loves the bonds she creates with all of the guests and clients. In her free time, she spends her days cuddling with her pups, Capone and Nova or exploring new places.

Jasmine joined the pet paradise team just 3 short months ago. She has 3 years of experience in the pet industry and has always had a passion for working with pets. She adopted both of her dogs through the humane society and is a big advocate for giving every pup a chance. She enjoys coming to work as it feels like her second home.

I joined the Pet Paradise family in 2016, I worked as an resort/comm associate before working my way up to supervisor then  Assistant Manager. Dogs are my life, along with all other animals you could think of as to why i was lead here in one of the many, many opportunities I will encounter getting to share and gain knowledge of animals. I love the connections I can make with these pets and be able to comfort owners when it comes to their pet's care and overall personality in paradise. When I'm not working, I am and artist and enjoying my own chaos at home with my two dogs and Bengal cat!

Holley joined the Pet Paradise family in 2014. Took on a leadership role  as back of house Supervisor in 2015. Where her hard work and dedication to the staff and pups has made her a valued member to our Charlotte team. In 2022, is now an Assistant Manager. Holley is proud to be part of a management team that truly cares about every detail. From customer service to pet care and our wonderful staff. When not working: she enjoys family time, old movies, thrifting and all things vintage, with lots of cuddles from her crew in-between.
