Pet Paradise Provides a Safe Environment

Pet Paradise is monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic situation very closely. The safety and wellbeing of our customers, guests and team members continues to be a top priority. Inspired by our mission of enhancing the quality of life for pets, our customers and our team members, we would like to to share with you the the features and protocols that have been put into place to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Most Pet Paradise resort lobbies are currently open (some exclusions below), but we modified the experience to ensure your safety and ours:

  • Customers and employees are required to wear face masks or face coverings
  • Enhanced cleaning procedures
  • Limiting the number of people inside our resorts
  • Social distance reminders on the lobby floor
  • Safety shields at our front desks to safely interact with our pet parents
  • Hand sanitizers are available
  • Contactless payment option

 

Resort tours with social distancing modifications in mind are available. All of our locations will continue to offer our Pet Dash curbside drop-off and pick-up service. Thank you for your continued support.

 

The following Pet Paradise resorts have closed their lobbies and are not offering in-person tours.
We are still open to take care of your pets and you can visit the resort's page to see a virtual tour.

 

Pet Paradise launched Pet Dash, a convenient new way to drop off and pick-up your four legged family member from your car's comfort. You are able to add Pet Dash to your boarding, veterinary and grooming reservations. We encourage all day camp customers to continue to use our VIP day camp drop off service. Learn more about how it works here.

 

Pet Paradise is taking measures for our employees to not come to work if they have any COVID-19 related symptoms or do not feel well for any other reason. We have provided our team members with flexible work schedule options and paid sick time off so they can focus on their passion: providing a safe, clean and fun environment for our customers and guests. 

 

We have enhanced our cleaning procedures to include deep cleaning and disinfecting of all areas throughout the resort. We want to remind you that the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) states "Infectious disease experts and multiple international and domestic human and animal health organizations agree there is no evidence at this point to indicate that pets become ill with COVID-19 or that they spread it to other animals, including people."
