Pet Paradise is Open

We know this is a stressful time and we are here to help. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are monitoring and addressing issues that impact our employees, guests and customers. Pet Paradise has been deemed an essential business and we will remain open to care for your pets during this time. We will continue to monitor events and inform you of any changes.

All Pet Paradise resort lobbies are opening on August 1st, but we modified the experience to ensure your safety and ours:

  • Enhanced cleaning procedures
  • Limiting the number of people inside our resorts
  • Social distance reminders on the lobby floor
  • Customers and employees are required to wear face masks or face coverings


Resort tours with social distancing modifications in mind will also be resumed. All of our locations will continue to offer our curbside option – please call the resort 5 minutes prior to arrival. Thank you for your continued support.

Pet Paradise is launching Pet Dash, a convenient new way to drop off and pick-up your four legged family member from your car's comfort. Starting June 1st, you will be able to add Pet Dash to your boarding, veterinary and grooming reservations. We encourage all day camp customers to continue to use our VIP day camp drop off service. Learn more how it works here.

Pet Paradise introduces PAW PACK, a pet adoption welcome package including free boarding, day camp and veterinary services for pets adopted during the coronavirus outbreak. The PAW PACK is available to anyone who has adopted or adopts a pet between March 15 and May 31, 2020. New pet owners must show proof of adoption such as an approved adoption application, vaccination records or sterilization certificate. Learn more here.


Pet Paradise COVID-19 Response Updates

Pet Paradise is taking measures for our employees to not come to work if they have any COVID-19 related symptoms or do not feel well for any other reason. We have provided our team members with flexible work schedule options and paid sick time off so they can focus on their passion: providing a safe, clean and fun environment for our customers and guests. 

We have enhanced our cleaning procedures to include deep cleaning and disinfecting of all areas throughout the resort. We want to remind you that the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) states "Infectious disease experts and multiple international and domestic human and animal health organizations agree there is no evidence at this point to indicate that pets become ill with COVID-19 or that they spread it to other animals, including people."
