Pet Paradise is Open
We know this is a stressful time and we are here to help. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are monitoring and addressing issues that impact our employees, guests and customers. Pet Paradise has been deemed an essential business and we will remain open to care for your pets during this time. We will continue to monitor events and inform you of any changes.
Service & Offer Update
All Pet Paradise locations remain open and fully functional to support you and your pets during this challenging time. Starting on Monday, March 23, Pet Paradise will extend a 50% discount on boarding and day camp to all healthcare workers. Pet Paradise is also offering a variety of offers to help all pet owners during this challenging time including 30% off all boarding rates, $30 off a weekly day camp pass, and $20 day camp on Wednesdays. These offers will be valid for the next 30 days. To learn more, please read our full press release.
Curbside Drop-Off & Pick-Up
We recommend all customers utilize our new curbside drop-ff and pick-up options for all boarding, day care, grooming and veterinary services. This curbside service is available to limit those entering our lobby and interacting with our staff. For an added safety measure, all pets will be double leashed as they are escorted by a Pet Paradise team member into the resort. To use our curbside pick-up or drop-off, please call your resort 5 minutes prior to your arrival. For a complete list of resorts and phone numbers, click here.
Pet Paradise is taking measures for our employees to not come to work if they have any COVID-19 related symptoms or do not feel well for any other reason. We have provided our team members with flexible work schedule options and paid sick time off so they can focus on their passion: providing a safe, clean and fun environment for our customers and guests.
Enhanced Cleaning Procedures
We have enhanced our cleaning procedures to include deep cleaning and disinfecting of all areas throughout the resort. We want to remind you that the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) states "Infectious disease experts and multiple international and domestic human and animal health organizations agree there is no evidence at this point to indicate that pets become ill with COVID-19 or that they spread it to other animals, including people."
Our mission at Pet Paradise is to enhance the quality of life for pets, our customers and team members by providing exceptional pet care, an outstanding customer experience and a fulfilling work environment. We will continue to deliver on our mission throughout the current challenging times.
