Connected Care is not for first time patients. Our veterinarians must have physically seen your pet within the past year before using this service.

Our innovative wellness plans offer unlimited office visits, drop-and-go annual exams, vaccines, free day camp days and more. All for a fixed monthly membership fee to keep your pet healthy and happy at every age and stage. All plans require a one-time membership fee of $48.
