Pet Paradise Lake Norman

Rachael has been with Pet Paradise since May of 2021, as Playtime Coordinator during the opening of the Fleming Island location! She enjoyed growing within the company, from a supervisor to a Resort Manager, and the opportunity to visit numerous resorts. Rachael is an avid animal lover of all animals, and you may even see her lab mix, Lola, and tripaw'd pup, Kovo, when visiting Lake Norman!

I am from New York but have lived in North Carolina for 11 years. I’ve been with Pet Paradise Lake Norman since 2018. I have a passion for learning more about dog behavior. I have 2 fur babies Creed (Hound/Husky mix) and Coco (Boston terrier/Pitbull mix). I love cruise vacations and trying new restaurants. My favorite thing about working at Pet Paradise is being surrounded by people who are equally passionate about animals.  

Jennifer started with the company in November 2021 as a front desk associate, then advanced to Supervisor, and now Assistant Manager. She always had a passion for animals and found her dream career with Pet Paradise. Her favorite thing about being at Pet Paradise is taking care of all of the furbabies and their pawrents. You can always count on her to have a warm welcoming smile and good morning to you and your four-legged kids. Stop on by and let her love on your babies with a few hugs, kisses, belly rubs, and the occasional scratches!  In her spare time, you can probably find her out walking around on the greenways and cuddling with her beagles, Jake and Dixie.

Jennifer joined Pet Paradise in June of 2022 at our Mooresville location as a Front Desk Associate, and quickly cross trained to Communications. She is devoted to enhancing the customer experience, and is always dedicated to growth and increased knowledge within the industry so she pursued becoming a Front of House Supervisor. Jennifer transferred to our Lake Norman in May of 2023 where she was selected to become a certified dog trainer. She has two dogs of her own; Ginger, a 14-year-old Carin Terrier and Althea, a 4-year-old rescued Hound mix. Additionally, she is a cat-mom of two; Minerva Shadow and Loki “Mr.Whiskers”. Pictured with her is Charlie, her student pup assisting her in her dog training certification process! She has yet to meet a dog she couldn’t help put at ease. Jennifer’s favorite part about being a part of Pet Paradise is being able to work with dogs and educate their paw-rents to enhance the Paradise experience of safe, clean fun! 

Emily is so happy to be the groomer of our Pet Paradise Lake Norman location. She brings experience, attention to detail and a passion for animals to everything she does as our groomer. She can't wait to send your fur babies home looking clean and beautiful!
