Sarah Ramirez has been with Pet Paradise since 2016. She started out as a Resort Associate at our JIA location and has made her way through Bartram, Tallahassee, St. Johns at WGV and finally, Oakleaf. She has managed since 2018, taking a hiatus from 2023 to early 2026 to take part in our K9 Behavior Division. She has a plethora of critters, both scaled and furry! While animals in general are her passion, her passions in Paradise are making sure that all furry kiddos in our care are happy and healthy and that all pet parents can happily leave their fur-kids with us! 

George joined the Pack in December of 2021 as a resort associate in Tallahassee, his hometown. Upon relocating to Jacksonville and joining the Oakleaf team in July of 2025, he has grown further into the leadership role and has established connections with other leaders within the company. He enjoys bringing lightheartedness to the team, compassion to the customers, and love to the pets under our care. When not mingling with all of the fun dogs and cats at work, George has fun with his own dogs, Tala and Zeus, who always make sure there is never a dull moment at home. 

Kevin is a California native who moved to Florida in 2021. He is passionate about dogs and has been working at Pet Paradise in Oakleaf since he moved to Florida. He is always looking for ways to grow his knowledge and understanding of dogs, and he is excited to share his love of these animals with others.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his own dogs, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier Mix named Carmen and a Min Pin Mix named Pico. He also enjoys nature walks, seeing new sights, and spending time outdoors.

Kevin is a kind and compassionate person who is always willing to help others. He hopes to make a positive impact on the lives of dogs and their families.

Denean loves being a part of the Pet Paradise Oakleaf team! She has been doing grooming for 4 years and has made so many pups beautiful along the way! She has 4 dogs- Fish, Ranger, Seto, and Willow who she loves to keep pampered. When she’s not in the groom room, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and horseback riding! She can’t wait to meet your fur babies!

My name is Katrina Doig and I have had the pleasure to work with dogs for many years, including pet sitting, bathing, and own my own pups. I became a groomer in 2022 and have completed Paragon Grooming School Level 1 & 2. I have also had the pleasure to attended Asian fusion seminars with Lisa Hart. My passion is to not only give love and compassion to your pups but to also be able to give your pups a groom that both you and your pup will love!
