Mariah started with Pet Paradise in October of 2018 as a resort associate. She quickly was promoted into the Supervisor-in-Training program shortly after being hired, and dove right into her role as one of the Front Desk Supervisors. After growing in her role as a Supervisor for almost two years, she entered into the Manager-in-Training program, and she became the Assistant Manager of the Sanford location in January of 2021. Mariah is the proud owner of two rescue pups- Sunny, the Pitbull, and Ivy, the Terrier Mix, that both love Pet Paradise, and all of the friends they've made here thus far! Mariah is excited to continue to grow and flourish in her management role in Sanford, and within the Pet Paradise Company!

Ashley joined the Pet Paradise Sanford team back in 2019 starting as a Resort Associate. Shortly after working here, realized she wanted to grow her career with the company. In 2020, she joined the management team as a resort supervisor and in 2022 was promoted to Assistant Manager. Ashley has a rescue pup named Rocket, who loves coming to Pet Paradise and spending time with his fur friends. She has a passion for the arts. In her spare time, she loves spending time with friends and going on adventures with Rocket. Ashley loves getting to know all of the pups that come through the Sanford location and their owners. She is committed to making everyone feel welcomed and part of the Pet Paradise family!

Born and raised in Upstate NY, Jacky moved to Florida in July of 2013. She went to school for vet assisting and worked a few kennel technician positions before finding her forever career with Pet Paradise. Jacky started working at Pet Paradise in September of 2018. She began her career as resort associate, and eventually became one of our playtime chaperones. After a few years of working back of house, Jacky decided to move up to reception and moved in to the supervisor in training program shortly after. After a few months of being a supervisor, Jacky applied for the manager in training program, and became an Assistant Manager in April of 2022. Jacky is married, with two children and three pittie mixes. She strives to make sure that new customers feel welcome and safe leaving their babies with us, and uses her experience as a mom to human children and fur babies to relate to their concerns. In her spare time she enjoys teaching her children about animals, and spending time with her family.

Florida born and raised, Shelby started with the company in January of 2019 as a resort associate after working as a kennel technician for a year. She then went into the Supervisor in Training program in 2020 and became the Back of House Supervisor, where she stayed and honed her skills in her management role until late 2021 where she applied to the Manager in Training Program and became one of the assistant managers for Pet Paradise Sanford. Shelby has one rescue pup, a former racing greyhound named Gracie, who loves to get her leftover racing zoomies out while playing with her friends. I’m her free time, Shelby is an artist at heart, loving to draw, sing, dance, and continue her education. Shelby plans to continue growing in her new role with the Pet Paradise company, continue the relationships with her coworkers, animals, and clients, and learn as much as she possibly can!

Konnie has been grooming for five years and has over eight years of experience working with dogs. She attended grooming school at PetSmart. She has a dog of her own named Georgina, a Shih Tzu, that she likes to take with her to work. Her favorite breeds to groom are Shih Tzu’s and Poodles. Konnie enjoys doing custom cuts such as Mohawks. She loves working at Pet Paradise and showing off her creative skills.
