I grew up my whole life in the country with pit bulls, cats, horses and lots of other animals. Since a child I have always had a deep passion for taking care of the animals. I now have two Pitbull's of my own and a chihuahua. I started working at Pet Paradise in September 2021 after recently moving to Wilmington. Being new to the area, this job immediately felt like home to me. I started as a playtime coordinator and have worked my way up to assistant manager. I have never had a job I've felt so passionate about. I love the animals like they are my own and know my job matters. I do everything in my power to make sure they are healthy and happy while here and that they leave feeling the same way. I look forward to the upcoming journey the future holds for me!

I grew up in a house fostering dogs, and I adopted a Pitbull at 11, and years later got a Landseer, who’s now one. In a house with a family of Veterinarians, I’ve been receiving guidance to properly care for dogs and recognize the behaviorisms they portray. I’ve always known my passion was training dogs, and I’ve worked my way up to a Certified Dog Trainer from my start as a playtime coordinator at Pet Paradise in April, 2022. Ultimately, my desire is to work with dogs and give them the second chance every dog deserves, and making the bond with your dog stronger. I’ve been working with and around dogs since I can remember, I hope you can trust me with yours.

Tina turned her love of animals into a job so it has never been a job. She has been grooming for over 30 years and loves it to this day. She has dogs, cats, birds and even a pet squirrel. She has rescued both domestic and wild animals most of her life. She believes animals should be treated with love and respect. She loves a challenge and gaining the trust of her pets to deliver fantastic haircuts and happy pups.
