Paige Hess started as a Pet Paradise resort associate in 2015 and immediately fell in love with the work we do with Pet Paradise. She has loved animals from a very young age as her family has always had at least 2 dogs. Paige has 4 years of experience in the customer service industry prior to Pet Paradise which has made her passionate about giving a good customer experience. She has 2 fur babies of her own that are both rescues. Squirt (pictured) was abandoned at the resort and Paige knew she would be a perfect fit for her family. Rollins, a black mouth cur mix, was a shelter dog and knew she couldn't leave the shelter without him. Paige loves everyone's fur babies like they are her own and already feels that so many of our Pet Paradise guests are family.

Jon'Niece has been a dog and cat groomer for over 15 years specializing in gentle handling, puppies, seniors, cats and hand scissoring. Jon'Niece has many years of experience in the pet industry. Before working as a full-time pet groomer, she completed a three-year animal care program in high school where she learned basic dog grooming. After high school, she attended a comprehensive grooming academy where she studied under the skillful eye of a Master Groomer. After her certification, Jon'Niece continues her knowledge by attending trade shows and various grooming classes to keep up with new techniques.
