Hi, my name is Katie Woodward and I started with Pet Paradise in September 2025! I have had dogs all of my life and am thrilled to have joined the Pet Paradise family! I bring with me an extensive management and operations background, and love applying my experience here at Pet Paradise in Cary to ensure your pets are receiving the highest standards of care and love.  When I am not working, I love hanging out with my own pup Kaia, volunteering at Hope Reins, and nurturing my growing plant hobby.

Howdy! I’m Olivia! I grew up in Texas and just moved to North Carolina in January with my partner after graduating from Texas A&M University. Growing up, I was always passionate about pets. I lived in a rural area surrounded by dogs, cats, reptiles, pigs, and even a bird. When I moved for college, I got a job at a locally owned dog kennel. I started as a part-time Kennel Technician and over the course of my time in college, I moved up to the full-time Assistant Manager position. Upon graduation, I knew that my passion lay in the pet care industry. I started as Assistant Manager at Pet Paradise Cary in April of this year. I am a proud dog mom to two dogs, Dixie (Chihuahua) and Alfie (American Hairless Terrier). I also am a pet parent to a cat, 4 lizards, and a Chinchilla. In my free-time, I enjoy cooking and working on my dog’s training. My favorite thing about working at Pet Paradise is ensuring that each and every pet has the best possible stay with us! All the pets who come through the door are like my extended family while they’re here and I love them like my own!

Jade joined Pet Paradise in 2018 at our Ormond Beach, FL resort. She started as a resort associate and then learned her way around through all our positions in Paradise! Jade’s love and passion to grow with the company lead her to move up to the Assistant Manager position! Jade currently has three dogs of her own; Bandit (Catahoula/Aussie mix), Skye (Siberian husky), and S’mores (Aussie/Lab mix)! In her free time, she enjoys spending time exploring nature trails with her husband and the dogs! She is excited to work in a positive environment and treats all the Paradise babies like they’re family!

Hey! I am Bree Brown! I have an Australian Shepherd and two cats. I have been working with Pet Paradise since 2024 as a Playtime Coordinator. I love working with all kinds of different dogs and learning each of the dogs that come through the facility. I have been passionate with dog training ever since starting with Pet Paradise which is one of the reasons for wanting to work here! I love seeing owners and pups work together and live harmonious lives together. I can't wait to be able to work with your pup!
