How often should my dog or cat be groomed?

Most dogs benefit from professional grooming every 4-8 weeks, depending on their breed, coat type, lifestyle, and desired haircut. Cats with medium or long coats may also benefit from regular grooming to help reduce mats and shedding. Our groomers can recommend a schedule that’s right for your pet.

What’s included in a full-service grooming appointment?

Our grooming packages vary, but most include a bath, nail trim, brush-out, ear cleaning, and the services included with your selected package. You can also add spa upgrades including deshedding treatments, premium shampoos, blueberry facials, and teeth brushing.

Do I need an appointment for pet grooming?

Yes, grooming is available by appointment, to reserve enough time for your pet and the services you choose. If you’re short on time, ask your local resort about Zoom Groom appointments for expedited service where available.

What should I bring to my pet’s grooming appointment?

Please bring proof of your pet’s current vaccinations if they aren’t already on file. During check-in, you’ll review your pet's grooming needs and any haircut or style preferences with the grooming team, before leaving them in our care.
