Get Your First Play or Stay Free

If you’re new to Pet Paradise or your pet is visiting for the first time, you can choose one free half or full day of daycare or one free night of boarding. The offer is available once per new family pet. Both offers include a standard suite, with upgrades, additional days, play time, and other services available for an additional fee. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts or special rates, and is subject to availability, regular/seasonal rates, and other terms.

If your pet will be staying overnight, we recommend starting with daycare so they can get familiar with our team, surroundings, and routines before their first night. Your local Pet Paradise team is happy to help you choose, and free tours are available during business hours to get a better idea of your pet’s comfort level.

Both options include a standard suite, regular potty breaks, access to our amenities, and personalized care from our team. One Free Play delivers a half or full day (your choice) of our daycare experience with a free pet report card. One Free Stay includes a free boarding night and Furever Connected for updates and photos. Add extras or extra play time for more fun and relaxation outside suites. Both options require vaccination records and temperament testing, and dogs who are “non-compatible” — unspayed or unneutered and over six months old, or who do not enjoy other dogs — enjoy one-on-one play as they are not eligible for group play under either offer.

We create play groups based on size, energy level, and temperament, to ensure safety and comfort for all of our guests. Dogs deemed “non-compatible” are not eligible for our supervised social play groups and considered “one-on-one.” They enjoy our resort amenities and time playing one-on-one with our care team or with other pets in their own family. One-on-one dogs include: dogs who are six months old or older who are not spayed or neutered, or who are less than six months old and showing signs of maturation; fearful or nervous dogs; dog-selective/reactive/aggressive dogs or dogs with a rough play style or who excessively mount other dogs; and any pet deemed non-compatible by our team.
