Pet Paradise Lake Buena Vista

I am so impressed by the professionalism and care during my pup's first over night stare at Pet Paradise in LBV. Yes, I was drawn in by the offering of a first day or night free, and I was a little nervous as my pup never stayed overnight somewhere outside our home before. But from the moment I dropped Tiana off at check in, I felt so comfortable passing her into their care. The lobby was clean and inviting. The staff was busy, checking in others, but welcoming, and organized. They confirmed our details, gathered some additional contact info for emerrgencies, and took my pup back for her first visit. A few hours later, I was elated to receive a text with mid day report card sharing how Tiana enjoyed her day and some cute photos. I was so happy, to hear that she was doing well, and invited to learn just how much fun she was having, I felt so warm and comfortable. When we picked her up the next day, she was in good spirits, even though we declined checkout services like a bath or add ons to her stay, I knew I found my new favorite boarding facility. Pet Paradise has gained a new regular, I look forward to booking my next day at Disney so Tiana could enjoy her day at doggie day care or sleep away camp. Thank you to the entire facility for their love and care!

Took my small dog for a play day. The facility is very clean and comfortable for pets. There was plenty of very attentive and helpful staff. Loved being able to watch him on camera. We will be back.

I loved the daily report card and live feed. It helped me feel confident that our dog was safe and being cared for. I could tell how much the employees love animals so that really helped calm my nerves about boarding our dog for the first time!

Pet paradise is amazing!! They care about the animals and they know you by name. My Ariel loves it there!! I love it and knowing that the staff cares so much about her puts my mind at ease. I love the cameras too. Watching Ariel play and how the staff are with all the animals is great!

I love taking my pups to doggie day camp. They take amazing care of my girls. Love doing the fur connected to get pics of my pups. They have different themes. I can schedule them for a bath and brush out if needed or grooming. Could not say enough about this place. Do your pet a favor and take them! Worth every single penny.

This dog daycare/boarding was a terrific experience for me. I felt much more at ease leaving our dog in their care because they were incredibly responsive from the beginning, answering the phone promptly and taking the time to answer all of our questions without rushing me. All things considered, I felt secure and comfortable with their care, and i would unquestionably suggest them to anyone searching for a trustworthy and friendly location for their dog.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely love this dog daycare! They are always reliable, friendly, and so accommodating. I especially love that the dogs get plenty of time to run around and play, and they even have the cutest little dog pools that they absolutely love!

Nixie was also amazing with my dogs when they went through training. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands.

I also love how convenient it is to have grooming available right there. Being able to have daycare, training, and grooming all in one place makes everything so much easier!

The office staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You can truly tell that everyone there genuinely cares about the dogs and wants to make sure they are happy, safe, and well taken care of. I highly recommend them! ❤️

It’s a great place to bring your cute little ones! He comes home and goes straight to bed after having so much fun. He loves playing around the pool, and the employees are friendly, welcoming, and communicate very well. Highly recommend! Plus you can watch your pets on webcam when your away to see how they are doing and break times for food which other places don’t have usually. Will be a regular here. Great !!

I signed up for the 28 day training with my lab beagle mix and Jessica did a wonderful job training him to manage his anxiety better and show him new tricks! Also super welcoming with all the lovely staff that made it easy for me and my pup!

We love Pet Paradise. Our dog is very energetic and the staff is so nice and patient with her. Most recently, we completed day training with Jackie and wow! She made so much progress and we needed the professional help us stay consistent with her. She is still following all the commands that she learned. Even when relatives came in town, she remained calm and didn’t jump on people like she would have before.
