Yes, we do! We recommend annual dental cleanings for dogs and cats over 2 years of age. Proper dental care can help prolong your pet’s lifespan by 2-4 years and give them a more comfortable life. Dental cleanings also help with promoting heart health, preventing the spread of oral diseases, and relieving oral pain.
NewDay veterinarians can brush your pet’s teeth, but actual dental prophylaxis is done under anesthesia after a doctor has performed a physical exam and blood work diagnostics.
Congratulations! We recommend a thorough wellness exam in order to ensure your new pet is as healthy as possible before bringing him/her into your home. Each exam will be different, depending on your pet’s past and their age.
