Efren has been with the Pet Paradise family for a little over five and a half years. He started as a resort associate and then a resort supervisor. He eventually joined the Unleashed Manager In Training Program, and promoted to Assistant Manager and now Resort Manager. He loves working at Pet Paradise Premier and how it has grown and thrived over the past few years. Efren is a lifelong resident of North Texas. He lives in Plano with his girlfriend, two daughters (Lily-4 years, and Evie-8 months), and with their 8-month-old Mini Aussie Maggie. He enjoys traveling and spending quiet evenings at home.

Keanna joined the Pet Paradise Family in 2016 as a resort associate. After taking care of the babies behind the scenes for about 2 years, she decided to take the opportunity to become Front Supervisor and get to know the parents of the kids who she has loved as her own for so long. She then quickly moved up to be Manager in Training, and finally, Assistant Manager in 2018. Keanna is originally from Minnesota and always had the dream of being a veterinarian, but those plans were lost in the time spent doing what she loves the most, caring for pets. Her and her boyfriend have a couple kids of their own: Delylah (Rottweiler) and Darla (Rottweiler Mix), and the pack is always growing!
